Refund policy

The Prostacyl refund, step by step

Last updated October 12, 2026Who wrote and checked this page

This is the page to read if you are already mid-refund. It is the published procedure in order, with nothing added and nothing smoothed over — and with both candidate refund windows stated every single time either one is mentioned, because the sales page prints two and no document resolves them.

Call +1 (302) 200-3480 with the order ID, email [email protected] the same day, then post the bottles with full name, email and order ID enclosed to 1370 Avenue of the Americas, Floor 4, New York, NY 10019, USA, tracked, at your own cost. The money takes 3 to 5 business days after the return is credited, then a further 5 to 10 days for the money to appear on the card. The window is printed as 60 or 90 days — the page prints both — work to the shorter one.

The short version

Six facts. If you read nothing else on this page, these are the ones that decide whether a refund works.

  • The window is printed twice. 60 days in one place and 90 in another. Nothing supplied says which governs, so this site states both every time and plans to the shorter.
  • You open the claim, not the parcel. Call +1 (302) 200-3480 with the order ID. A date on a claim is what has to sit inside the window.
  • You pay the return postage. Buyer pays return shipping, with tracking.
  • Parcels go to the returns address, not the office. 1370 Avenue of the Americas, Floor 4, New York, NY 10019, USA — a different building from 215 Park Avenue South, Floor 13, New York, NY 10003, USA.
  • You enclose full name, email and order ID. On paper, in the box, as well as in the email.
  • The money arrives in two stages. 3 to 5 business days after the return is credited, then a further 5 to 10 days for the money to appear on the card.

Everything on this page that is not in that list is either the detail behind one of those six or a question the published policy does not answer. There are nine of those questions and they are listed further down, because knowing what is missing is part of knowing what to ask.

The one sentence that governs the whole page

The sales page prints a 60-day promise and a 90-day refund line, and this desk will not choose between them on your behalf. Find out which you were offered, screenshot the page, and work to day 60. If the real term turns out to be 90 you have lost nothing by acting early. If it turns out to be 60 and you planned to day 90, you have lost the price of the order.

The procedure, in order

Nine steps. The first three happen before anything is packed, and they are the ones a refund is won or lost on. The last one is the route that works even if nobody answers.

  1. Settle which window you are in, before anything else

The sales page prints 60 days in one place and 90 in another. Whichever figure appeared on the page you bought from is the figure you were offered. If you did not record it, ask the order desk to state it in writing and keep the reply. Until you have that reply, act as though the term is 60 days, because that is the only assumption that cannot cost you the order.

  2. Find your order ID

It is in the order confirmation email, which is the same message that carries the tracking number. The refund desk asks for full name, email and order ID, so two of the three are already in that email. Have it open before you call.

  3. Open the claim by phone, on a weekday, with the ID in front of you

Call +1 (302) 200-3480 with the order ID. Opening the claim is what puts a date on it, and the date is what has to sit inside the window — whichever of the two windows applies. Note the time of the call and the name of whoever answers.

  4. Email the same thing on the same day

Write to [email protected] and repeat what you said on the phone: order ID, date of order, pack, the window you were shown, and that you are requesting a refund. The call moves it; the email is the record that the call happened. Keep both in one folder.

  5. Ask the four questions the policy does not answer

Does the window run from the order date or the delivery date. Are opened bottles accepted. Do all bottles have to come back on a multi-bottle order. Is a return authorisation number needed before posting. None of the four is published, and the answers change what you put in the box.

  6. Pack the bottles with the paperwork inside

Enclose full name, email and order ID on a sheet of paper in the parcel, not only in the email. Parcels and mailboxes are handled by different people.

  7. Post it to the returns address, tracked, and keep the receipt

1370 Avenue of the Americas, Floor 4, New York, NY 10019, USA. Not the office address. Buyer pays return shipping, with tracking — so the cost is yours, and the tracking number is the whole of your evidence that the parcel arrived. Photograph the receipt.

  8. Start the two clocks, and know which is which

3 to 5 business days after the return is credited, then a further 5 to 10 days for the money to appear on the card. The first clock belongs to the seller and the second to your card issuer. If the first one runs out with no credit, go back to the phone and the email on the same day. If the second one runs out, the conversation is with your bank.

  9. If nothing moves, use the card

A card dispute does not depend on the seller answering, and it runs on exactly the documents you have been collecting: the order date, the amount, the screenshot of the window you were offered, the tracking number on the return, and the dates of your calls and emails. That is why every step above is about making a record.

Notice how much of that is record-keeping rather than action. That is not caution for its own sake. The published policy leaves nine questions unanswered, the window is printed two ways, and three different contact identities appear across the material. All three are set out on the where-to-buy page. In that situation the documents you make yourself are worth more than the ones you were given.

Prostacyl — 60 capsules, two a dayNine ingredients, each with a printed amount and no proprietary blend — the most transparent panel in this series. 60 or 90 days — the page prints both. From $49 a bottle on the six-pack.

What to enclose, and where each detail lives

Twelve lines. Eight of them are published facts, and four say Not published — and those four are the contents of the email to send before you post anything.

Everything published about making a Prostacyl refund claim.
DetailWhat we were actually given
What to enclosefull name, email and order ID
Where the order ID livesThe order confirmation email, beside the tracking number and the amount charged. If you cannot find the email, the card statement carries the date and the amount, which is enough for the desk to search on.

Where not to post it215 Park Avenue South, Floor 13, New York, NY 10003, USA — the office address. It is a different building in the same city.

The second row is the one people get stuck on. An order ID is not printed on the bottle, the box or the label; it exists only in the confirmation email and in the seller’s own system. If that email is gone, the card statement still carries the date and the amount, and those two together are usually enough for a desk to find the order. Say so plainly on the call rather than giving up on the claim.

The window row prints both figures, as every mention of the window on this site does: 60 days in one place and 90 in another. The contradiction, and why the shorter figure is the one to plan to, is set out in full on the guarantee page.

Three addresses, one of which takes parcels

This is a short section and it prevents an expensive mistake. Three addresses appear in the material for this product and only one of them is a returns address.

The three published addresses, and what each one is for.
AddressWhat it isDoes a return go here
1370 Avenue of the Americas, Floor 4, New York, NY 10019, USAThe returns address published by the shop.Yes. This is the one.
215 Park Avenue South, Floor 13, New York, NY 10003, USAThe shop’s office address. A different building in the same city.No. Nothing published says a parcel sent here is handled.
Nutrova, Tallmadge, OH 44278, USAThe distributor printed on the label itself, with the email [email protected].No. A distributor address is not a returns address, and nothing published connects it to the refund.

The third row is worth a word of credit even on a page about refunds. Most labels this desk reads name nobody at all, and this one names a company in a named town with an email beside it. It is a real identity on the product. It is simply not the place your parcel goes.

Who pays, and the two clocks on the money

Buyer pays return shipping, with tracking. That is published, and the word tracking in it is more useful than it looks: it tells you in advance what evidence the seller expects to see. A policy that leaves the evidence standard unstated is a policy that gets argued about later.

Budget for the postage before you decide. On a one-bottle return it is a small cost against $69.00. On a six-bottle return it is several bottles in one box going to New York, against $294.00, and tracked postage on that weight is not trivial. Neither figure is published by the seller, because the seller does not pay it.

Published separately like that, the timing is honest. Plenty of sellers quote one figure and leave a buyer thinking the seller is at fault for the second half of the wait. Splitting it is a small piece of good practice and it is recorded here as one.

Four documents to make yourself

None of these is provided to you. All four are free, all four take under a minute, and together they are worth more than every published line on this page — because they are the only records in this transaction that you control.

01

A screenshot of the page you bought from

Showing the refund window, the price and the pack together, with the date visible. Sales pages change; a screenshot does not. This is the single most valuable document in a refund conversation and it takes four seconds to make.

02

A one-line note of the order

Date, pack, amount, order ID, and which of the two windows the page showed you. Write it the day you order, when all five facts are in front of you.

03

A call log

Date, time, the number you called, and what you were told. Two lines. A refund that goes wrong goes wrong over whether a claim was opened inside the window, and this is the only record of that on your side.

04

The tracked postage receipt

Photographed, with the tracking number legible. Keep it until the money is on the statement, not until the parcel is delivered. Those are different days.

The first one is the important one, and it is the one almost nobody makes. A screenshot of the page you bought from, showing the refund window and the price together with the date visible, converts an argument about what a page said into a document. Sales pages are edited. Screenshots are not.

What the refund policy does not say

Nine questions a refund actually turns on, none of which the published material answers. This is not a charge sheet. It is the body of one email, and sending it before you order is the cheapest thing you will do on this product.

  • Which window governs. The page prints 60 days in one place and 90 in another, and nothing supplied resolves it. Every mention of either figure on this site prints both.
  • Which date the window runs from — order, dispatch, delivery or first use.
  • Whether opened bottles are accepted. Some sellers in this category accept empty bottles and advertise it. This one is silent.
  • Whether every bottle must be returned on a three- or six-bottle order.
  • Whether the original shipping is refunded on a pack that paid for shipping. No shipping charge is published for the one- and three-bottle packs in any case.
  • Whether a restocking or handling fee applies.
  • Whether a return authorisation number is required before the parcel is sent.
  • Whether the window is per order or per customer, which matters if you reorder.
  • What happens if the parcel is lost on the return leg. The tracking number is specified, which at least tells you what evidence will be looked at.

Two of the nine decide everything and the rest decide how much work the claim takes. The first is which window governs. The second is which date it runs from — order, dispatch, delivery or first use — because an unpublished start date and an unpublished transit time can eat a fortnight of a 60-day window before you have opened the bottle. Nothing published says how long delivery takes.

The two findings behind this page

Two of the eighteen numbered findings on this site bear directly on a refund: the window printed twice, and the three contact identities a claim has to be addressed to. Both are printed below in the same words they appear in everywhere else.

10The guarantee is printed as 60 days in one place and 90 in another
The seller pack records that the sales page prints both a 60-day promise and a 90-day refund contact line, and the money-back badge supplied in the asset pack reads 60 DAY. Those cannot both be the term. A refund window is the one commercial promise a buyer may actually need to rely on, and the difference between the two figures is a month. This site prints both, labelled as both, and does not choose between them, because choosing would mean inventing a term. Confirm the window at the live checkout and in the refund policy before ordering, and keep a copy of the page you were shown.
14Three contact identities, two states, and a distributor that matches none of them
A buyer with a problem has to work out who they are dealing with. The label says Nutrova, Tallmadge, Ohio, with the email [email protected]. The shop is prostacylsupport.com with [email protected], an office at 215 Park Avenue South in New York and a returns address at 1370 Avenue of the Americas, a different New York building. The refund line is [email protected], a generic support domain belonging to none of them, and the order desk number is a shared one. Shared order-handling infrastructure is ordinary in this trade and none of this is evidence of wrongdoing. The cost is specific: there is no single name that appears on the bottle, the shop and the refund line, so there is nothing a buyer can look up once and be done.

All 18 findings, numbered

The dates, marked out

Six moments on a calendar. The first costs nothing and is the one most often skipped, and the last two are the two candidate ends of the same window.

  1. Day 0You orderWrite down which refund window you were shown, 60 days or 90, and keep a copy of the page. That is the single most useful minute you will spend on this product.
  2. Days 1–7You startTwo capsules daily with 6 to 8 oz of water, at the same time each day. This is printed on the label, not just the sales page.
  3. Weeks 2–4The merchant's own medianThe supplied review summary says most buyers waited two to four weeks to form a view.
  4. Day 30One bottle goneA natural review point, and inside both candidate refund windows.
  5. Day 60The shorter window closesIf 60 days is the term, this is the last day.
  6. Day 90The longer window closesIf 90 days is the term, this is the last day. Do not plan on it without confirming it first.

Day 30 is the natural decision point: one bottle is 30 days at the serving the label prints, so at day 30 you have used a complete bottle and you are inside both candidate windows with room to spare. The merchant’s own supplied review summary puts the median time to forming a view at 2 to 4 weeks, which is well inside that. What the merchant claims about timing, and what can be checked, is set out separately.

Questions people actually ask

Eight questions about getting money back, phrased the way they are typed. Type to filter.

prostacyl refund policy 60 or 90 days

Both figures are printed on the same sales page: a 60-day money-back promise and a 90-day figure on the refund contact line. The seal supplied with the asset pack reads 60 DAY. Nothing supplied resolves which is the term, so this site prints both every time either is mentioned and chooses neither. Work to day 60 and the ambiguity costs you nothing. The contradiction has its own page.

how to cancel a prostacyl order

No separate cancellation procedure is published — what is published is a refund procedure, and it is the same one either way. Call +1 (302) 200-3480 with the order ID and email [email protected] on the same day. If the parcel has not shipped, say so in both; if it has, you are in a return, and the bottles go to 1370 Avenue of the Americas, Floor 4, New York, NY 10019, USA at your own postage cost.

what do i need to send back to get a prostacyl refund

full name, email and order ID, enclosed in the parcel with the bottles, posted to 1370 Avenue of the Americas, Floor 4, New York, NY 10019, USA using a tracked service. Buyer pays the postage. Whether opened or part-used bottles are accepted is Not published, so ask before you pack the box, and get the answer in writing.

how long does a prostacyl refund take to arrive

3 to 5 business days after the return is credited, then a further 5 to 10 days for the money to appear on the card. Two clocks, published separately, which is the honest way to publish them: the second one belongs to your card issuer rather than to the seller. Count the first from the day the seller confirms the return was received, and keep the tracked postage receipt until the money is actually on the statement.

do i send prostacyl returns to the new york office address

No. Returns go to 1370 Avenue of the Americas, Floor 4, New York, NY 10019, USA. The office at 215 Park Avenue South, Floor 13, New York, NY 10003, USA is a different building and a parcel sent there is not described by anything published. The label on the bottle names a third address entirely, in Ohio, which is a distributor address and not a returns address. The three identities are set out here.

can i get a refund on a six bottle prostacyl order

Nothing published distinguishes between packs, so the window — 60 or 90 days — the page prints both — appears to apply to all three. The arithmetic is the thing to see: six bottles is 180 days and $294.00, and both candidate windows are shorter than that. Most of what you bought arrives after the last day you could send it back. The pack arithmetic is on the pricing page.

prostacyl refund email address

[email protected] is the email on the refund contact line. The shop separately publishes [email protected], and the label carries [email protected]. Three domains, none of which matches the other two. Use the refund line for the claim and keep the other two in reserve, because a refund conversation that stalls is a conversation you want on more than one channel.

what if prostacyl does not answer my refund request

Go to the card. A dispute with your issuer does not depend on the seller replying, and it is assessed on the documents listed on this page: the order date, the amount, the screenshot of the window you were offered, the tracked postage receipt, and the dates of your calls and emails. That is the whole reason this page is organised around making records rather than around trusting a promise.

  • The label artwork, read at 2× and transcribed character for character. Where the label and the marketing disagree, the label is printed.
  • The seller pack, quoted rather than paraphrased, and identified as marketing wherever it is used.
