Prostacyl shipping, returns and what arrives with the box

Last updated October 12, 2026Who wrote and checked this page

Three things are published about getting this product to your door, and about nine are not. This page prints all twelve of them in the same table, because a delivery page that only lists what exists is less useful than one that shows you the shape of the gaps.

Three facts are published: orders ship from the United States, unless the sales page says otherwise, A tracking number arrives in the order confirmation email., and shipping is free on the six-bottle pack with $19.99 named as the cost it replaces. No shipping charge is published for the one- or three-bottle pack, and no carrier, transit time or dispatch window is named anywhere.

The three things that are published

Here they are, in the seller’s own words, before anything is said about what is missing. Two of the three are more specific than this category usually manages.

  • Where it ships from. The United States, unless the sales page says otherwise. The conditional clause is the seller’s own and it is left in place here.
  • Tracking. A tracking number arrives in the order confirmation email.
  • Free shipping, and what it replaces. Free on the six-bottle pack, where the copy names $19.99 as the shipping it replaces. Not published for the one- and three-bottle packs.

The third of those deserves a word of credit. A seller who writes “free shipping” and stops has told you nothing you can price. This one names $19.99 as the figure it is waiving, which turns a vague perk into a number. The awkward half of the same sentence is that $19.99 is therefore the only shipping figure anywhere in the material, and it is attached to the one pack that does not pay it.

Shipping, line by line

Thirteen lines. Four are published, one is printed on the label itself, and the rest say Not published. The third column says what each row leaves a buyer able to do.

Everything published about Prostacyl delivery and returns, and everything that is not.
The questionWhat is publishedWhat that leaves you
Where it ships fromthe United States, unless the sales page says otherwisePublished, and qualified by the seller rather than by this desk. The conditional is the seller’s own.
TrackingA tracking number arrives in the order confirmation email.Published. A tracking number is the single most useful thing in that email, because it is the evidence a card dispute runs on.
Shipping on six bottlesFree, against $19.99 named in the same copyPublished, and quantified, which is better practice than an unqualified “free shipping”.
Shipping on one bottleNot publishedNot published. The $19.99 figure is named as the cost the six-bottle pack waives, which is not the same as a published one-bottle charge.
Shipping on three bottlesNot publishedNot published, in common with the three-bottle price itself.
CarrierNot publishedNo carrier is named in any material supplied.
Delivery estimateNot publishedNo transit time, cut-off time or dispatch window appears anywhere. The 2 to 4 weeks figure in the review summary is time to a result, not time to a doorstep.
International deliveryNot publishedThe only market named anywhere is United States.

Lost or damaged parcelsNot publishedNo procedure is published. The tracking number and the card are your two routes.
Return postagebuyer pays return shipping, with trackingPublished, and it is the buyer’s cost. Tracking is specified, which is to the seller’s credit: it tells you what evidence will be accepted.
Return address1370 Avenue of the Americas, Floor 4, New York, NY 10019, USAPublished, and it is not the office address. Parcels to the office do not arrive.
Storage once it arrivesStore in a cool, dry place.Printed on the label itself, along with two safety lines. No temperature range and no humidity figure, which is normal for this kind of product.

The pattern in that table is the opposite of the usual one in this series. The return leg — address, postage, what to enclose, how the money moves — is documented in reasonable detail. The outbound leg is three sentences. Most sellers publish the delivery promise and leave the return vague, because the delivery promise sells. Here it is the other way round, and the practical consequence is that you can plan a refund more precisely than you can plan an arrival.

Prostacyl — 60 capsules, two a dayNine ingredients, each with a printed amount and no proprietary blend — the most transparent panel in this series. 60 or 90 days — the page prints both. From $49 a bottle on the six-pack.

What free shipping on one pack is worth

Exactly $19.99, if you take the seller’s own figure at face value. That is the number the six-bottle copy names as the shipping it replaces, and on a $294.00 order it is about seven per cent of the total: $19.99 ÷ $294.00. Worth having, and not the reason to choose that pack.

Here is where it gets slippery, and the slipperiness is in the arithmetic rather than in anybody’s intentions. You cannot add the shipping saving to the price saving, because the one-bottle shipping charge is Not published. If the one-bottle pack also ships free, the $19.99 is worth nothing as a comparison. If one bottle ships at $19.99, the real gap between the packs is wider than the price alone suggests. Both readings are consistent with everything published, which means the comparison cannot be closed.

The two-line email that closes it

Ask the order desk for the shipping charge on the pack you want and the three-bottle total, in the same message, and keep the reply. Those are the only two commercial figures missing from this product, and one email gets both. Write to [email protected] or call +1 (302) 200-3480.

For what it is worth on the arithmetic that can be closed: six bottles at $49 each is $294.00, which over 180 days is about $1.63 a day against $2.30 on a single bottle. Every step of that sum is set out on the pricing page.

The tracking line, and why it matters most

A tracking number arrives in the order confirmation email. One sentence, and it is the most valuable thing published about delivery on this product. Not because tracking is a luxury — it is standard — but because of what it does later.

Every mechanism that protects a buyer here runs on dates. A refund window runs from a date. A card dispute is assessed on dates and amounts. A lost-parcel claim is a claim about a date on which something did not happen. A tracking number is the only document in this transaction that carries dates nobody in the chain controls, which makes it worth more than any promise on a sales page.

So treat the confirmation email as the record it is. It carries the order ID the refund line will ask for, the amount, the date and the tracking number, in one place. The refund procedure asks for full name, email and order ID, and two of those three are in that email. The rest of the procedure is set out here.

Two to four weeks is not a delivery estimate

This needs its own short section, because it is the mistake a reader is most likely to make on this page. The supplied review summary says most buyers waited 2 to 4 weeks. That figure is about forming a view of the product, not about a parcel arriving. Nothing published says how long delivery takes.

The distinction matters in one specific way, and it is worth a minute. If a refund window runs from the order date, then delivery time is subtracted from your evaluation time before you have started. A window of 60 days with an unknown transit period and a merchant-claimed 2 to 4 weeks to a verdict leaves less room than the headline figure suggests. On the longer 90-day reading it leaves more. Since the sales page prints both windows, you do not know which calculation you are in.

The practical rule, which holds under either reading: start counting on the day you order, not the day the box lands, and plan to the shorter figure. What the merchant claims about timing, and what can be checked, is set out separately.

Six things to do the day the box arrives

Four of these are about evidence and two are about the product. All six together take under ten minutes, and the third one is the only check nobody else can do for you.

  1. Photograph the parcel before you open it

Outer box, label, any damage. Thirty seconds, and it is the only evidence that exists about the condition it arrived in.

  2. Check the safety seal before anything else

The label prints Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing. If the seal is damaged or missing, stop there and photograph it.

  3. Read the panel on the bottle against the panel on this site

Nine rows, nine amounts. This is the one check that cannot be done any other way, because what this desk was shown is pre-press artwork rather than a photograph of a printed bottle.

  4. Photograph the base of the bottle

Printed on the base of the bottle when the bottle shows it; no base shot was supplied, so this desk has not seen one. A lot code and a best-before date are the two things a seller will ask you for if anything goes wrong, and they are easiest to capture now.

  5. File the tracking number and the confirmation email

Both arrive in the same message. Keep it. A refund conversation is a conversation about dates, and that email carries most of them.

  6. Note which refund window you were shown, and start counting

60 days or 90. The sales page prints both. Work to the shorter one until somebody tells you in writing which applies.

The third step is the one this whole site is arranged around. What this desk has been shown is pre-press label artwork, still carrying the production instruction for the barcode area, rather than a photograph of a bottle somebody received. The nine panel rows transcribed here are excellent — nine ingredients, nine printed amounts, no proprietary blend — and a reader cannot confirm from the artwork alone that they are what is wrapped around the bottle in their hand. The nine rows to check, and the questions to ask, are set out here.

The return leg, which is better documented

Four facts are published about sending the product back, and together they are more specific than the three about sending it out.

Inside which window60 or 90 days — the page prints both. The page prints both figures and this desk does not choose between them.

Two details in that list cut in the seller’s favour and should be said so. Specifying tracked return postage tells you in advance what evidence will be accepted, which is better than leaving it to an argument. And publishing the timing in two stages — the credit, then the card — sets an expectation that matches how card refunds actually behave. The window itself is the problem, and it has its own page.

The findings behind this page

One numbered finding bears directly on delivery, and it is the one about the refund window, because the window is what a delivery date is counted against.

10The guarantee is printed as 60 days in one place and 90 in another
The seller pack records that the sales page prints both a 60-day promise and a 90-day refund contact line, and the money-back badge supplied in the asset pack reads 60 DAY. Those cannot both be the term. A refund window is the one commercial promise a buyer may actually need to rely on, and the difference between the two figures is a month. This site prints both, labelled as both, and does not choose between them, because choosing would mean inventing a term. Confirm the window at the live checkout and in the refund policy before ordering, and keep a copy of the page you were shown.

prostacyl shipping time usa

Not published. No transit time, dispatch window or cut-off is published anywhere in the material supplied, and no carrier is named. What is published is that orders ship from the United States, unless the sales page says otherwise and that A tracking number arrives in the order confirmation email. Do not confuse the 2 to 4 weeks figure in the review summary with a delivery estimate — that is the merchant’s claim about how long buyers waited to form a view of the product.

how much is shipping on prostacyl

Free on the six-bottle pack. The copy names $19.99 as the shipping that pack replaces. For the one-bottle and three-bottle packs the honest answer is Not published, and the $19.99 figure should not be read across to them: it is the seller’s statement of what it is waiving on one pack, not a published rate card. Ask the order desk for your pack’s figure before you pay. The pricing table shows exactly which cells are empty.

does prostacyl come with tracking

Yes. A tracking number arrives in the order confirmation email. That is published and it is the most useful line on this page. A tracking number is what a card dispute, a lost-parcel claim and a refund conversation all run on. Save the email the moment it arrives rather than searching for it under a deadline.

where does prostacyl ship from

The United States, unless the sales page says otherwise. That is the seller’s own wording, conditional included, and this desk is not going to tidy it up. The label separately names a distributor at Nutrova, Tallmadge, OH 44278, USA, which is a distributor address and not a statement about where parcels leave from. The three identities are set out here.

prostacyl return address new york

1370 Avenue of the Americas, Floor 4, New York, NY 10019, USA. Returns go there and not to the office at 215 Park Avenue South, Floor 13, New York, NY 10003, USA, which is a different building. Buyer pays return postage, with tracking, and encloses full name, email and order ID. The full procedure is here.

does prostacyl ship internationally

Not published. The only market named anywhere in the material is United States, and no customs, duty or international rate is mentioned. If you are ordering from outside the United States, neither the delivery nor the return leg is described by anything published, and the return leg is the one that costs money.

what do i do if my prostacyl order does not arrive

Nothing supplied publishes a procedure, so this is what the published facts leave you. Start with the tracking number in the confirmation email. Then call +1 (302) 200-3480 with the order ID and email [email protected] on the same day, so there is a written record beside the call. If neither moves, the card dispute is the route that does not depend on the seller answering.

how should i store prostacyl once it arrives

The label prints three lines and they are correctly drafted: KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN. DO NOT USE IF SAFETY SEAL IS DAMAGED OR MISSING. STORE IN A COOL, DRY PLACE. No temperature range and no humidity figure is given, which is ordinary for a capsule product. A cupboard away from a window or a kettle satisfies it. The directions, the serving size and the caution block are transcribed here.

Read the panel before you decide

Sixty capsules, two a day, thirty days a bottle. The Supplement Facts panel declares nine ingredients and nine amounts, with no proprietary blend — the most transparent label in this series. Four of those nine rows change meaning once the arithmetic is done, and all four sums are shown in full. One bottle is $69; six are $49 each. The refund window is printed as 60 days in one place and 90 in another.

What this page was checked against

  • The label artwork, read at 2× and transcribed character for character. Where the label and the marketing disagree, the label is printed.
  • The seller pack, quoted rather than paraphrased, and identified as marketing wherever it is used.
  • The published sources listed in the references on this page. Every one was opened and read; none is cited from memory.
  • The arithmetic, shown in full. Every amount on this panel is printed, so the figures here are conversions of printed amounts with the working given, never ceilings and never estimates.
  • Nothing else. Any fact that was not supplied is recorded as not published rather than filled in.
